Delivery Charges

International Shipping: 9.49 USD

Delivery Time
US Orders: Delivered within 10–15 business days after tracking is sent
International Orders: Delivered within 22–25 business days after tracking is sent

Order Dispatch

Order Tracking
Tracking details are emailed within 5–7 business days after dispatch.

Couriers
US: USPS (track via USPS website)
International: Royal Mail or other local carriers (e.g. Canada Post).
Import duties may apply and are the customer’s responsibility.

Missing Items
Large orders may arrive in multiple parcels.
Check the invoice inside your package.

We do deliver to PO Boxes.

Forgot to Apply a Code?
Email us your order number and valid code after receiving confirmation. We’ll refund the difference.

Order Changes
Orders cannot be added to, split, or modified once placed.
To cancel or change, email customer service within 24 hours.
No changes once processing or shipping begins.

Payment Timing
Payments are usually charged immediately.

Card Declined
If declined, contact your bank.
Authorized amounts may appear for up to 7 business days but are not charged.

Security Checks
Some orders require verification.
